The original Edo Kobayashi Group restaurant that turned Cuauhtémoc into Little Tokyo. Chefs Hiroshi Kawahito and Daisuke Maeda work a tiny sushi bar and a handful of tables, changing the menu daily based on what flies in from Baja and Japan. Go omakase, eat the sashimi, drink the sake. Rokai Ramen sits next door at Río Ebro 89; the two share DNA but each stands alone.
